Annual report 2024
Musgrave achieved solid results in 2024 despite a challenging market backdrop. Our success was driven by organic growth, new store openings and the impact of acquisitions.
Leading in food
We invested substantially in our retail brands to provide great value for shoppers and enhanced customer experiences through digital innovation in-store and online. Our wholesale and foodservice business saw further expansion through acquisitions as we continue to build a world-class food and beverage business.
This year we have continued to navigate challenges including supply chain inflation and increases in energy and employment costs. We are acutely aware that consumers are facing cost-of-living pressures, and we remain resolute in our commitment to deliver the best possible value to them.
These results are testament to the value of our diversified business model, as we continue to deliver on our strategy and growth ambition.

“We have invested significantly in the expertise of our people and teams to deliver transformation across the business, leveraging technology like AI, machine learning and automation to improve processes and deliver digital innovations.”
Noel Keeley, CEO, Musgrave
