We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a large‑scale, multi‑year ERP programme.

As PMO Manager you will be responsible for establishing and leading robust programme management office (PMO) services for a complex, multi‑year ERP programme.  Reporting to the Programme Director, you will ensure strong governance, disciplined delivery, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across multiple workstreams, vendors and business stakeholders, supporting the successful implementation and adoption of the ERP solution.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and embed best‑practice PMO governance, standards and controls across the ERP programme.
  • Own the integrated programme plan, tracking milestones, dependencies and delivery performance.
  • Produce high‑quality reporting for Steering Committees and Executive Sponsors, covering progress, risks, issues, financials and benefits.
  • Manage programme RAID, proactively identifying and escalating risks and interdependencies.
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting and vendor spend oversight.
  • Act as a key coordination point between business leads, IT teams and external system integrators.
  • Facilitate programme forums and governance meetings, driving clarity, decisions and follow‑through.
  • Work closely with Change and Business Readiness leads to support successful go‑live and adoption.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as PMO Manager or Senior PMO Lead on a large‑scale ERP programme (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar) 
  • Strong background in programme governance, reporting, delivery assurance and financial control.
  • Experience working with system integrators and third‑party vendors in complex delivery environments.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant third-level qualification (e.g. Business, IT, or related discipline) or experience. 

Desirable:

  • Exposure to business transformation or operating model change programmes.
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
